The Albert Park Golf Course is a relaxed, casual environment. Players are requested to observe the following dress regulations before their visit.

Conditions of Play

Please read the following conditions of play at Albert Park Golf Course:

Weekend bookings and groups greater than eight (8) players are required to pre pay their green fees in full, prior to the game.

Credit card payments over the phone confirm reservations three days prior to play.

Tentative (unpaid) reservations for weekend / public holiday bookings will be deleted from the system 48 hours before the tee time.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the tee time will NOT be refunded or credit issued.

Players arriving late for a booked time will not have their green fees refunded but the staff shall do everything possible to find an alternate tee time.

Golf Course RULES and CONDITIONS OF PLAY and TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following conditions of play at Albert Park Golf Course:

CCTV in operation. You are on camera.

NO BYO alcohol.

Golf is a dangerous sport using hard balls and clubs. You must take care. If your golf ball or golf club causes damage or injury, you are responsible.

Carry sand. Fill your divots, repair your pitch marks, and rake bunkers.

From time-to-time golf carts may be unavailable for a range of reasons. While every effort will be made to provide carts to those customers who request one, it may be the case that carts are unavailable. If you have booked and paid for a cart but a cart is not available, you will receive a rain check or a refund.

Play fast. No one likes a slow game of golf. If the group behind is faster, call them through when safe.

Give way to ground staff and workmen. Follow instructions from staff.

Staff and the course marshal have discretion over who may enter or remain on the golf course. If you are asked to leave the venue by staff, you must leave immediately. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises.

It can be unlawful if you refuse to leave a licenced premises. Any quarrelsome person refusing to leave the venue may be subject to prosecution and fines from police.

We ask that you play a 10 shot limit per hole, so once you get to 10 shots, move on to the next hole.

No more than 4 people are allowed in a group.

Motorised carts and hire clubs must be operated safely. You are responsible for any damage. By renting or using a motorised cart or golf clubs, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage to the golf cart and / or clubs. The hirer acknowledges that golf is a dangerous sport using hard balls and clubs and agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the hirer, both inside and outside the boundaries of the golf course, while playing golf or using the golf cart and / or clubs, and accepts full responsibility for all risks associated with playing golf at Albert Park Golf Course. The hirer further indemnifies and will keep indemnified Albert Park Golf Course against any claim for loss or damage suffered by Albert Park Golf Course as a result of the cart and / or clubs hire or the playing of golf by the hirer. The hirer agrees to pay in full the cost of any damage or loss to the cart and / or clubs and / or any other loss or damage howsoever incurred.

Every player must have a set of clubs – hire sets available from Pro Shop.

Weather

Golf is an outdoor sport and thus we do not offer a refund or credit if it is raining.
If the golf course is deemed “unplayable” by management eg severe electrical storm or parts of the golf course flooded by rain, a refund or credit will be offered
